Returns/Exchanges:
No returns after 10 days. Exchanges on a case by case basis for 30 days and generally are ok for smaller items. No refunds on shipping charges. Customer pays all shipping charges for exchanges/returns. No returns or exchanges for used items, items not returned with original cartons and manuals, or in as-new, saleable condition. A restocking fee may apply. You must contact me for prior approval for any return or exchange.
Warranty/Flood Insurance is through Fantasea Line, Ltd. OpticalOcean.com, Jack Connick, or Jack Connick Creative Services, Inc. does not warranty or guarantee any Fantasea equipment sold.
OpticalOceanSales.com equipment ("OO" part numbers) is warranted for 1 year for repair or replacement.
