Optical Ocean Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

At Optical Ocean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return merchandise for a store credit or exchange within 10 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be:

  • In new condition
  • Never immersed in water
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and instructions

Please note that shipping fees and special orders are not returnable. Items that don't meet the return criteria may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please report it to us within 2 days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please save all boxes and packaging materials and take photos of any damage. Contact us immediately so we can guide you through the claims process.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you encounter any problems with equipment purchased from Optical Ocean, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll troubleshoot the issue and advocate for you with the manufacturer.

  • New equipment is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
  • Used equipment and repair services are warranted by Optical Ocean to be free from defects under normal use for at least 90 days from the purchase date. This warranty covers the parts and labor provided by Optical Ocean.
