Nauticam Wet Wide Angle Lens - WWL-1 (83201)
Wet mountable 130° FOV 67mm glass wide angle lens fits many Nauticam compact housings, as well as 67mm threaded ports for Olympus, Sony A7/A7II and others. High quality images with very sharp corners and detail.
This is a designed from the ground up lens for underwater which takes into account water contact to minimize errors seen in all underwater lenses. This is a breakthrough lens.
Compacts: Super sharp wide angle lens providing ~130º FOV on compact lenses at 28mm equivalent. Uniquely, the lens also support full zoom through, meaning you do not have to take the lens off to go from reef scenic to fish portrait down to large-ish "macro" subject (like a frogfish). When more macro is needed, use the bayonet system to go to the CMC... this is huge versatility.
Olympus and Panasonic m43 systems - full zoom through when mounted on Panasonic or Olympus 14-42mm power zoom lenses, filling the sweet spot between a full-frame fisheye and super wide rectilinear lens, as well lots of other coverage angles when zoomed in. Then pop it off and have the 14-42 mid-range. Then pop on CMC and have better than 1:1 macro (35mm equivalent) with a 22mm wide image area). Also works great with the Olympus 12-50mm lens with the M77 port adapter.
Sony A7/A7II - Great semi-fisheye on the front of Sony 28mm, best close focus/wide angle solution available, and smaller and less expensive when compared to the Zeiss 16-35mm.
Cropped Sensor NEX & 16-50: Works at 20-21mm focal length, so a bit narrower than 130 deg, but still providing the versatility from micro four thirds systems to another large customer base. Sigma 19mm looks like it will be excellent; widest coverage.
Bayonet system: New bayonet system allows easy and safe switching of lenses. Supports WWL-1, SMC and CMC lenses. The most refined bayonet system for wet lenses made. Simple and secure with a highly functional design. Arm caddies available.
